Common calcium in the market is in carbonate form which is cheap and less absorbed.

This product contains calcium from milk and calcium citrate to ensure absorption. It also contains magnesium and vitamin D to ensure full absorption of calcium. Calcium is from milk (50%) and citrate form (50%). Magnesium is in citrate form.
